Antique Wedgwood Desk Set

A rare and beautiful desk set from The mid-nineteenth century by Wedgwood. A basalt black background is the perfect palate for the delicate hand painted enamel floral design. The 4 piece set consists of the inkwell, pounce pot, lid for wafer box, and the rectangular body of the set with two recessed areas for pens and perhaps a letter opener. “Wedgwood” is impressed on the bottom.
