This is a museum quality piece of folk art the dates to around 1790. It
Is very indicative of a north eastern style type of Americana that was popular at that time. It appears the fabric is handwoven as well truly one of a kind and very rare! I am an USPAP Certified appraiser since 1982 specializing in textiles.
