In his projects, Tenreiro treated furniture as a necessary and functional item and the possibility of creating an element that stood out. At the time, rectangular tables were the most common, especially the headboards. The round and triangular tables dismantle this colonial relationship where you sit and make the environment more dynamic.
In this table, the natural and Industrial materials combine in a perfect match. The gorgeous Brazilian wood with its natural shades and veins dialogue with the painted glass top. The absence of black paint in the center is capable of creating, thanks to transparency, the illusion that the center is hollow. The elliptical legs complete the magnitude of this dining table, ideal for six people.
The piece is in very good vintage condition and presents a manufacturer paper stamp.
