Contemporary Design
A series of paintings investigating the theme of loss of perception. Monochrome paintings with raised concrete lettering are meant to alter the perception of what one is looking at. Reality is perceived as strange. The intent of the work is to create a sense of disorientation in the viewer. Is what we observe really what we have learned?
